Within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal article of the Terms & Conditions, our customer can exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery to him/her or to the person/institution at the address he/she indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be one of the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised as specified in Article 8 of Terms & Conditions.

 

For any undamaged product, it is sufficient to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, together with the accessories and packaging provided, together with the invoice; we will make a refund according to the original payment method.

 

A “Return Invoice” must be issued for order returns whose invoices are issued in the name of institutions, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Refund: When the product/products you want to return in your order reach our warehouse, the refund process is completed within 10 business days at the latest and the amount is refunded to your card. When your refund request is approved, your refund amount is automatically refunded to the credit card you used for your purchase.

The time it takes for your refund amount to reach your card varies depending on the internal processes of the relevant bank and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow these situations through your bank. In addition, refunds of installment payments are made in installments due to bank processes.

If the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions when cancellation/refund is made in orders created with the free shipping campaign, the shipping fee is deducted from the amount of the product to be canceled/returned and the amount is refunded.

Online Refund: Since you made your payment online and using a credit/debit card, the amount refund will be made through your bank's online payment system in accordance with the card you used for payment and your payment type.

The time it takes for your refund to be reflected on your card varies according to the processes and practices of the banks. The refund amount will be reflected as a positive balance on your card.
